Lilly Wicks started her career as a Speech Pathologist, working clinically for over a decade before moving into clinical research, program and project management roles.

For the past 10 years Lilly has worked in a range of learning and development, and operational management roles, leading training initiatives, designing educational materials and overseeing reporting and compliance requirements.

Lilly brings a clinical perspective and depth of understanding related to training development, systems and processes to the team.
