She has worked across The Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network for over 20 years and holds an Honorary appointment with Discipline of Physiotherapy in the Faculty of Medicine and Health at Sydney University.
Since the award of her PhD, Kristy continues to pursue research interests in disease modifying therapies and strength and motor function outcome measures for people with neuromuscular disorders.
Kristy is also a senior consultant Physiotherapist for ATOM where she leads training and quality assurance efforts around measures of strength and motor function outcomes for industry sponsored clinical trials in neuromuscular disease.
She is passionate about facilitating clinical trial readiness, research collaboration and patient access to disease modifying therapies across the Asia-Pacific Region.
